A Coalition for Real Change
Ashley Figueiredo (District 6), Kelli Roberson (District 4), and Lindsey Draugel (District 2) are running together as a coalition of former educators who know firsthand what Berkeley County School District needs, because they've lived it, from the classroom to the community.
Each of them brings their own experience and perspective to this race, but they share the same conviction: our board needs leaders who understand what's actually happening inside our schools, and who are willing to ask hard questions, hold leadership accountable, and put students, teachers, and families first.
One Voice is Not Enough
Real change on a board doesn't come from one voice, it comes from a shift in how the whole board operates.
That's why they're not just three individual candidates asking for your vote; they're a coalition asking for a real chance at that shift. Electing all three of them gives BCSD a board with the numbers and the unity to actually move the needle, on teacher and staff retention, on equity for every student, on transparency, and on giving parents the voice they deserve.
This November, District 2, District 4, and District 6 have the chance to send a clear message: BCSD is ready for change.
